Reviews

This is an outstanding cottage in a stunningly beautiful area. It is warm and cosy and the owner bends over backwards to be helpful. Don't go if you want shops and amusement arcades, but if Scottish air and scenery is what you want, go for it.

Excellent welcome by the owner. Lots of usefull information in the lovely cottage, everything you could wish for inside the cottage and outside. Had a lovely week, can't wait to return.

The owner runs a home from home holiday cottage, if you want to recharge your batteries away from the rat race this is the place. Rain is common but with the peace and quiet you can explore the wonderful surrounding area, plenty of walking routes, be surrounded by rural life or just relax in the garden or house and enjoy yourself.

The ideal location for a quiet get away from it all holiday - perfect for walking and watching nature. Comfortable and cosy, with all the equipment you could want - the gas BBQ came in very handy the Arbroath smokies tasted fantastic. The scenary is stunning and Bob the owner makes you feel most welcome - will be goining back for a longer stay next time
